Forms are not always available at every airport. For your convenience, print out these forms, complete the repetitive information and make copies.

Customs/Immigration Prior Notification Fax pdf document - Use this form to send to Customs & Immigration. Many airports require 24 hours prior notice. Anticipate that there will be a departure tax.

Flight Plan pdf document - Basic flight plan form, also see International Flight Plan form.

General Declaration (Form C7) pdf document - These forms are used for entry into all foreign countries, including all of the Bahamas and Caribbean except Hispaniola. If you plan to visit more than one airport in the Bahamas, use the Inward Declaration and Cruising Permit (form C7A) instead.

Inward Declaration and Cruising Permit (Form C7A) pdf document - If you will be flying to more than one airport in the Bahamas, you should complete four Cruising Permits instead of General Declarations. One stamped and signed copy will be returned to you and you'll present this to the Customs officer, if present, at other airports you visit.

U.S. Arrival Report pdf document - to be completed and presented upon your arrival at your entry AOE in the U.S. We find it helpful to copy the following documents onto the back of this form (and make extra copies for future trips) . . . the Customs officers find it helpful too: Airmen's Certificate, Medical Certificate, Aircraft Registration Certificate and Airworthiness Certificate.
