The advertiser indemnifies the publisher from any third party against all claims, costs, damages and liability in any way connected with the content of any advertisement published for the advertiser.

Contracts for covers and four-color pages are non-cancelable and accepted by publisher only if available. All other ads are non- cancelable after closing date. All material furnished to Pilot Publishing by the customer is done so at the customer’s risk. The publisher assumes no liability if for any reason it becomes necessary to omit an advertisement. The publisher will make every effort to accommodate special requests of advertisers for placement of ads in particular positions and on particular pages of the Guide; however, this is not always possible. Publisher guarantees ad positions for Covers 2, 3 and 4 and tabs only. No right of the publisher will be considered to have been waived, except by express agreement to that effect in writing.

Payment is due 30 days from invoice date. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) may be added over 30 days past due.
